How We Got Here

Back in 2018, our founder Sarah watched too many solid businesses struggle because they put all their eggs in one basket. The mining downturn hit hard across Australia, and companies that seemed bulletproof suddenly found themselves scrambling.

That's when we decided to do something different. Instead of just managing money, we started helping businesses spread their risk and find new opportunities. It wasn't glamorous work at first — lots of spreadsheets, late-night calls, and coffee-fueled strategy sessions.

But it worked. Our first client, a Perth-based logistics company, went from depending on one major mining contract to running five different revenue streams within two years. Word got around, and here we are.
